Circle Wisconsin Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation and Non-Renewal

Members wishing to cancel their Circle Wisconsin membership or decline renewal must submit written notice no later than forty-five (45) days after the date of the membership renewal invoice.

Written cancellation notices may be submitted by:

The written notice must include the organization, contact information, and a clear request to cancel or not renew membership.

If written notice is not received within forty-five (45) days of the renewal invoice date, the membership renewal will be considered accepted, and the member will remain responsible for the full membership dues invoiced.

Circle Wisconsin reserves the right to review cancellation requests submitted after the 45-day period on a case-by-case basis; however, approval of late requests is not guaranteed.

This policy applies to all membership categories unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
