Madeline Island Museum

Hop on the ferry and explore the cultures that called Madeline Island home including the Ojibwe (Chippewa), French, British, and Americans. Bella and Leo Casper opened the museum in 1958, and their original collections documenting the island’s history are still on display. Expansions were added in 1991 and 1996.
